Speaking at Nadi Chamber of Commerce Membership Night in Nadi yesterday, economist Dr Biman Prasad said that people can't afford to wait as they are falling below poverty line.
Prasad also says that a new chairman should be appointed if there is still confusion about Sir Paul Reeves chairing the Political Forum.
Prasad earlier said that Fiji's infrastructure has suffered a lot over the past years because not enough has been invested into it for the past 20 years.
He added that this is an issue which should be seriously looked into and must be addressed in the 2009 Budget.
