The two former directors of Police Intelligence Branch Berenando Daveta and Rusiate Tuidravu are charged with allegedly conspiring to commit a felony, namely mutiny.

High court Judge Justice Priyantha Fernando granted Daveta and Tuidravu bail under strict conditions that the two applicants are to deposit $5000 each as a bond before bail is granted.

The other conditions are that the two not to step foot into a police station or premises unless called by the investigators and they are not to leave the country and are not to interfere with the witnesses.
