Police have arrested a former Minister for allegedly driving under the influence of liqour.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirms the former Minister was arrested on early Saturday morning at a checkpoint in Nabua.
Police believe the former Minister was returning from a party.
He will appear in the Suva Magistrate court tomorrow.
