Former Senior Hydrologist with the Public Works Department, Faga Solomoni Finiasi this afternoon pleaded guilty to 10 counts of Official Corruption.
Finiasi changed his plea today after denying the charges earlier ad now admits that he had taken the money offered to him as a gift.
Fa then asked the Court for time to repay the money to the 10 witnesses.
Magistrate Elcy Hudson heard that between December 21 2005 to December 20th in 2006, took over $300 from the employees in return to approve overtime for them.
The matter has been adjourned to next Tuesday for mitigation and then a date will be set for sentencing.
