Ousted SDL Government Minister, Savenaca Draunidalo appeared before Magistrate John Semisi today charged with drunk driving.
His lawyer, Viren Kapadia told the court that he has requested Police for a certification on the print out of the breathalyzer test.
Draunidalo was driving along Ratu Mara Road in July this year when Police stopped him for a breathalyzer test.
Police confirm that the test revealed that Draunidalo had 96 microgram’s of alcohol in his body although the legal limit is 35 microgram’s. Magistrate Semisi ruled that a hearing date will be set for the 27th of this month.
