Former Managing Director of Post Fiji Limited today denied the charges of abuse of office in the Magistrate's Court.
It is alleged that on 27th January, 2006 Peni Mau approved the payment of $5,400 dollars to Dhiren Pratap the then General Manager Finance of Post Fiji without the authority of the higher salaries commission and the Post Fiji Board.
Mau pleaded not guilty and the case has been adjourned till next Monday.
Peni Mau is also facing charges of abuse of office and conspiracy to defraud.
