A former senior executive of the Native Land Trust Board (NLTB) is expected to appear in court today to answer to charges of alleged corruption.
The former manager was taken in for questioning yesterday and charges are expected to be laid against him later today.
A senior official of FICAC had confirmed that they are in the process of compiling all necessary papers before taking him to court.
The former senior executive of NLTB was terminated from his position in June last year after an audit report into the affairs of NLTB outlined a number of alleged corrupt practices.
