Former Land force Commander, Colonel Jone Baledrodroka is expected to take the stand today as a Prosecution witness in a case where 3 former Counter Revolutionary Warfare soldiers are taking legal action against the military.

Military's Director Legal, Major Kitione Tuinaosara confirms he will also be calling three other witnesses.

The three former CRW soldiers are Corporal Barbados Mills, Private Beniame Sokiveta and Private Metuisela Railumu yesterday filed a lawsuit for compensation against the Royal Fiji Military Forces.

The former CRW men claimed they were bashed up and assaulted by RFMF soldiers when they were taken to Riffle Range at Vatuwaqa on the 5th of November, 2000 following the attempted mutiny at QEB on November 2nd.

The case resumes at 10am before high court judge, Justice Filimoni Jitoko.
