Raymond Singh former journalist charged with the alleged murder of his wife Wendy Singh appeared before Judge Justice Daniel Goundar in Suva Court this morning for his bail application review.
DPP lawyer told the court that the affidavit filed by the police officers show that Singh should not be released on bail.
Singh's lawyer Mehboob Raza told the court that he is acting on behalf instructions from Haroon Ali Shah.
The accused lawyer have been given time to respond to the police officer's affidavit on the non-release of Singh on bail.
The matter has been adjourned to 10th June.
