Three former Fiji 15s players who played in the 1987 Rugby World Cup today received the prestigious Webb Ellis trophy in Nawaka village.

Former flanker, Samuela Vunivalu said it is a historic day for him and two other former players Manasa Qoro and Apisai Nagata as they had the trophy close to them.


The Webb Ellis trophy has been taken around to a number of villagers which include Vatutu, Sikituru, Yavusania, Navoci, and Narewa.
