The mother of the 3 children found dead in their Melbourne home said she wishes she had never taken her children to Australia.
Former Fiji citizen Raj Osborne and his 3 children Asia Osborne, 12, her brother Jarius, 10 and sister Grace, 7, were all found at dead in their north Melbourne home on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking to the New Zealand Herald from Australia, the children’s mother, who did not want to be named, said she regretted moving across the Tasman with her children and their father who she has been separated from for several years.
The family had lived in Hamilton and Dunedin for about 5 years, until 2004, when they moved to Australia.
She is now looking to bring her children’s bodies to Taupiri, in Waikato, to be buried.
But said she would have to fight to have them brought to New Zealand, as her former mother-in-law wants them to be buried in Australia.

The Herald reported that Shianne Singh, who lives in New Zealand was last night mourning the loss of her niece's 3 children and was wishing she could be in Australia to help fight for their return to New Zealand.
Friends and relatives of the family were last night struggling to comprehend the murders.
