Former Fiji Broadcasting Corporation boss Francis Herman was barred from leaving the country last night by immigration officials.
Herman was stopped at the Nadi International Airport when he was about to leave for Vanuatu to take up a new post.
Reliable sources have confirmed that Herman is under investigation for alleged misuse of funds and cannot leave the country.
Meanwhile FBC Chairman, Daniel Whippy says that they have not received any allegations against Herman and he is not under investigation.
