The Western Force’s superb recent form continued when they secured a 28-16 victory over the Waratahs in Perth last night.

The victory means the Force are now on a five-match unbeaten run after previous triumphs over the Rebels, Highlanders, Chiefs and Reds.

The men from Perth delivered a superb defensive effort but the game’s undoubted hero was their left wing Nick Cummins, who crossed over for a hat-trick of tries.

In other matches, the Chiefs edged the Rebels 22-16, Crusaders beat the Cheetahs 52-31 and the Sharks won over the Lions 25-12.
