As the Digicel Fiji sevens rugby team prepares to continue with their fine form in South Africa this weekend, All Blacks sevens captain DJ Forbes still can’t forget their humiliating semifinal loss last week in Dubai.

Forbes said it’s pretty disappointing that they did not have enough possession.

Forbes added it will be tough for them to defend their South Africa 7s title for the fifth year in a row.

Meanwhile, Ben Ryan said they have much to improve on to get the best out of their potential and they do not have to be overconfident because every team will be trying to beat them.

Fiji will play Australia at 11:28pm this Saturday before facing France at 2.34am Sunday then Scotland at 6.14am Sunday.

The national side is expected to meet either England, Samoa or Argentina in the Cup quarterfinals.

Barring any upsets Fiji will face either New Zealand, Kenya, South Africa or Wales in the semifinals.

The Cup quarterfinals will start at 11:39pm Sunday, the Cup semis at 3:49am Monday and the Cup final will be at 6:30am Monday.
