Israel Folau has been named at fullback for the Wallabies’ Rugby Championship Test against South Africa while play maker Quade Cooper will be at first five-eighth for the first time in almost a year.

Folau has played all of his five Tests so far on the wing and Coach Ewen McKenzie has slotted him at fullback to make the best use of his attacking potential.

Cooper fell out of favor under former Australia coach Robbie Deans but is now well and truly back in the Wallabies mix with his former Queensland Reds mentor McKenzie in charge.

The Wallabies will host the Springboks at 10:05pm on Saturday while the All Blacks meet Argentina at 7:35pm.
