The Nadroga Stallions successfully defended the BSP Farebrother Sullivan Trophy, third weekend in a row yesterday at Lawaqa Park, after they beat Suva 35-15.

Nadroga's points came from a try, each from Emosi Vucago, Sakiusa Navaka and Joeli Lutumailagi while "Man of the Match", Mitieli Nacagilevu recorded 15 points for himself.

Nadroga was leading at halftime by 13-7.

Nacagilevu said that it wasn't an easy game against Suva and the boys had to work extra hard to keep the coveted trophy.

Nadro will now prepare to meet e very young Tailevu side in the fourth challenge next Saturday at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.

In the B Division:

Macuata were crowned the new champions of the B Division after they edged Ra in the finals yesterday by 27-24.

It was a tough tussle between the two teams throughout the match, but at the end of the day, the Northern based side showed they were eager to take something back home with them.

Macuata will now prepare to meet Namosi in the promotion relegation next Saturday, before the fourth challenge of the BSP Farebrother Sullivan Trophy between Nadroga and Tailevu at Lawaqa Park.
