Those are the words of Digicel Fiji 7's assistant coach, Manasa Bari after the 24-14 loss in the final this morning.

Bari who helped coach Josateki Savou in analysing Fiji's games, said the players should not rest after their impressive wins against Samoa and New Zealand.

He added that in Scotland, the other teams will be coming in knowing what the Fiji team is capable of doing.

Fiji is in Pool D with hosts Scotland, USA and Samoa.

They will play their opening game at 12.04am on Sunday against Scotland.
