The Fiji Chamber of Commerce said since the Sugar Industry is not doing well in Lautoka more focus should be placed on enhancing the tourism industry.
Acting President Swani Maharaj said farmers should be assisted so that they play a major role in boosting the economy and increase power of wealth especially in the Western division.
Maharaj added the interim government should provide incentives in next year’s budget.
