Discipline is one area the Vodafone Flying Fijians have been working hard on for the past two weeks because this is the area that cost them the game against Italy last year.

Last year Fiji copped five yellow cards in that match and at one stage the Flying Fijians were playing with 11 players. They lost the match 31-37.

Captain Akapusi Qera said they are ready to take on Italy tomorrow.

After a winless Six Nations campaign, the Italians want to start off with a win and they want to do it against Fiji.

Italy captain Quintin Geldenhuys said this is his first game as captain and he wants a win.

Fiji born Manoa Vosawai will start at number eight for Italy.

The 30-year-old 110kg forward will earn his 15th test cap this weekend after making his debut in 2007.
