The famous Sigatoka sand dunes will again be used as one of the Flying Fijians preparation grounds for the Pacific Nations Cup and World Cup in September.

The Fiji team training squad has shifted camp to Sigatoka where they will be holding two training sessions a day and on Friday will spend an hour from 6 to 7 in the morning at the famous sand dunes.

The last time the national 15s team trained in the sand dunes was in 2007 when they reached the RWC quarterfinals.

The PNC kicks off on the 2nd of next month when Fiji hosts Samoa at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
