The Flying Fijians will be based in Auckland during the 2011 Rugby World Cup Pool games.

Rugby New Zealand LTD 2011 CEO Martin Snedden said Auckland will host eight teams, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, England, Ireland, Scotland, Tonga and Samoa.

He said Auckland will also host the final, semifinal and bronze final.

Fiji while staying in Auckland, will also play their pool games in Rotorua, Wellington and Hamilton.

Rugby New Zealand LTD also announced the pool matches today.

Fiji will play Namibia in their opening pool match on September 10th in Rotorua.

Then on September 17th, they take on South Africa in Wellington.

Fiji's third pool match will be against Samoa in Auckland on September 25th while their final pool match will be against Wales on October 2nd.
