Some Flying Fijians are expected to boost the East rugby side in this week’s final AON East versus West rugby challenge.

East team manager Saiasi Fuli said Henry Seniloli, Waisea Luveniyali, Lepani Botia and Viliame Veikoso trained with the team yesterday after returning from the Flying Fijians Northern tour last week.

Fuli added that Naitasiri second five-eighth Atunaisa Turagaiviu, Vesi Rarawa and Kevurieli Bulivorovoro are also in camp after featuring in the Sukuna Bowl challenge last Friday.

East coach Eroni Vereivalu said he challenged the players last week if they don’t perform they will open the doors to other players to come in.

Vereivalu added they will finalize their squad today.

The first challenge at the ANZ Stadium two weeks ago ended in a 22-all draw while the West side won the second match last week 35-21.

The final AON East versus West rugby challenge will be held at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday at 4pm and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station VITI FM.

Meanwhile, it was announced last week that the admission to the final challenge this week will be $2 flat.
