The mental toughness to do well during the Rugby World Cup games will be put to test this morning when the Flying Fijian spend one hour at the famous Sigatoka sand dunes.
Head coach, Samu Domoni Jnr said this part of preparation.
The 15s rugby team last visited the sand dunes when they took part in the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
The Flying Fijians 50 member squad for RWC and PNC will be named on Saturday while 28 players from within this squad will represent Fiji for the PNC and the rest will continue their preparation for the RWC.
Fiji's first PNC game is on the 2nd of next month against Samoa.
