The Flying Fijians have received a major boost ahead of its Europe tour as the Fiji Sports Commission has provided $140,000 for the team’s costs.
Fiji Sports Commission Chairman Peter Mazey confirmed the cheque was handed to the Fiji Rugby Union yesterday.
The Flying Fijians will play Portugal in their first match on the 10th of next month before playing Italy on the 17th then Romania on the 24th.
Their last match is against the Barbarians on the 1st of December.
