Flying Fijians out to take Boks head on
The Flying Fijians will not be reining in their style for the heavyweight clash against the rugby world cup champion Springboks tomorrow.
Veteran Nicky Little said that at times the players try to keep it tight but they don't enjoy it and for the last 15 years he has been with the team they rather see the boys enjoy it with the running game of Fijian flair.
Fiji captain Deacon Manu said the absence of veteran locks Victor Matfield and Jean de Villers would hardly weaken the Springboks.
Manu believes those who are in the Boks team are fantastic players and they could lose probably their whole side and still field a team that would beat many other teams.
It is one of the biggest challenges for Manu knowing they have to do everything right against the defending champions.
We call on the people of Fiji to fly our country's flag for our rugby team - fly the flag at your house, at work, on your vehicle and on the streets.
Let us all fly the flag for Fiji and get behind the National Team.
Fiji will take on South Africa tomorrow at 6pm and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station, Viti FM with the voice of rugby Malakai Veisamasama and expert comments from Ilivasi Tabua. Tonight at 8, New Zealand will take on Japan.
