The Flying Fijians has jumped to No.9 in the IRB World Rugby Rankings although the team has not played any internationals lately.

Fiji reclaimed the ninth spot they lost during the November internationals, after Scotland lost 18-9 to France in the Six Nations competition last weekend.

This means that Scotland is now sitting in 10th place.

That was the only positional change in the top 10.

Both Fiji and Scotland remain more than three points adrift of Wales in eighth and the same margin above Italy, who is in 11th place.

New Zealand remains in top place, with South Africa in second and Australia lying in third place.

The rankings may change again after this weekend's Six Nations games.
