Flying Fijians improve in IRB World Ranks
They now have 73.07 rating points after beating Japan and Canada in the Rugby World Cup so far. Fiji is likely to go further up on the rankings if they are able to beat 8th ranked Wales on September 30th.
Tonga with their upset win over Samoa yesterday saw them jump two places up from 14th to 12th while Samoa has slipped from 10th to 13th on the rankings.
Meanwhile FMF Flying Fijians coach Ilivasi Tabua says his players are gearing up for the Wallabies challenge next Monday.
According to Tabua, they need to improve on their discipline before the next match.
Meanwhile Fiji No.8, Sisa Koyamaibole says they stand a good chance to reach the quarterfinal stages of the World Cup.
The FMF Flying Fijians will meet Australia in their third pool match at 12:30am Monday.
