While its rest day for the FMF Flying Fijian 15's rugby team in Marseille today as the players focus themselves for the showdown against the Springboks in the 1/4 final on Monday morning, the coaching staff have already map out a plan to counter the South Africans.
High Performance Unit manager Peter Murphy said that the players have been told what is required of them.
And technical adviser Shannon Fraser said they have high hopes that they will achieve their goal on Monday.
Fiji will take on the Springboks on Monday morning at 1am.
Meanwhile, the Wallabies appear in good spirits as they prepare for their quarterfinal against England.
There are no surprises in their squad list as Stirling Mortlock returns from injury to resume the captaincy.
As expected though Australia will play without Scott Staniforth due to an ongoing shoulder injury, while the team had already lost two key players to injury, and there are question marks over a third.
Speaking to Village sports, Wallabies skipper Stirling Mortlock still remains hopeful for a good game against England.
The Wallabies/England match kicks off at 1am on Sunday followed by the New Zealand/France match at 7am.
