The FMF Flying Fijians team management has today confirmed that Jone Qovu has stayed back in France to confirm his contract with a club in France.
Speaking to Village sports, FMF Flying Fijians Assistant coach Joji Rinakama said that some other boys are expected to follow in the next few weeks, namely Wame Lewaravu and Sunia Koto.
Meanwhile, Rinakama said that the boys were very proud and emotional when they arrived this morning.
Rinakama adds that the senior boys were very helpful in maintaining discipline in the squad.
The team has left Nawaka and is on its way to Suva for tomorrow's celebrations.
