The Flying Fijians will face a tough challenge from neighbors Tonga in first test this Saturday.

Tonga rattled the Flying Fijians 45-21 in the opening match of the Pacific Nations Cup and also went on to beat Samoa.

The test against Tonga will give the Fiji coaching staff a last chance to make the selection for the Rugby World cup which kicks off in a month’s time.

One of the key areas the Flying Fijians will try working on this week will be to maintain discipline as Fiji conceded a number of penalties against the All Blacks.

The Flying Fijians and Tonga match kicks off 3pm this Saturday at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.

The 30 member Flying Fijians team to New Zealand will be named on the 22nd of this month.
