Flying Fijians are determined not to become the first Rugby World Cup scalp for outsiders Namibia when the teams clash at Rotorua International Stadium this afternoon.
Namibia's 0-11 record in the tournament makes them an easy target, but Fiji captain, Deacon Manu believes the Africans are convinced they can turn the tables on the islanders in the Pool D opener.
Manu said that the Namibians are making their fourth RWC appearance and they are still searching for their first tournament win.
After yesterday's captain, Manu believes his boys are in their best mental and physical shape to play in their opening RWC campaign.
Fiji recorded their biggest RWC victory in 1999, when they beat Namibia 67-18 in the only time the teams have met.
The Flying Fijians kick off their RWC pool game against Namibia at 3.30pm and you can catch the live commentary on Viti FM with the new voice of rugby, Malakai Veisamasama and 2007 World Cup coach, Ilivasi Tabua.
Meanwhile, in other matches today, Scotland and Romania play at 1pm, France will play Japan at 6pm while England will take on Argentina at 8.30pm.
