Flying Fijians captain Deacon Manu is determined that their campaign will not end on a low note against Wales this weekend.

Scarlets prop Manu said though Fiji's chances of reaching the quarter finals is slim, the players have been reminded that they are still representing Fiji.

He added that there will be some new players on Sunday, and they will bring some new energy into the squad.

Manu admits that it has been disappointing and it is evident with smaller teams that though they play well in phases for the first 60 minutes, they fade out in the last 20 minutes.

The Flying Fijians have set high standards for themselves to achieve at this World Cup, especially after their last performance and they haven't been able to achieve it.

Fiji, though, have a good recent record against Wales, following up their 2007 win in Nantes by drawing 16-16 at the Millennium Stadium 10 months ago.

The Fiji and Wales game kicks off at 5pm on Sunday at Eden Park in Auckland.
