A step ahead of their achievement in 2007 is what current Flying Fijian head coach Samu Domoni Jnr is aiming for, in next year's World Cup in New Zealand.

With a year left from the opening pool game against Namibia in the 2011 World Cup, Domoni told key rugby stake holders today that he believes Fiji can reach the semifinal spot.

He added that while we are in a "pool of death" with defending champion South Africa, Pacific neighbors Samoa, along with Wales and Namibia, we have shown in the past that we can match the big boys of rugby.
