The FMF Flying Fijians players went through one of their toughest training runs today.

The 30 players trained at the Sand Dunes in Sigatoka and showed a lot of improvement from the first training camp last weekend.

FRU's HPU manager Peter Murphy said it was good to see every player lasting through the entire session this morning.
