The Vodafone Flying Fijians and the Wallabies will both name their final 31-man squads today for the Rugby World Cup in England next month.

Both Coaches, John McKee and Michael Cheika are expected to make surprise changes to their squad as they look to survive in the pool of death.

The Wallabies are pooled with Fiji, Wales, England and Uruguay.

Wallabies Coach, Michael Cheika says they are not afraid of failure but he will choose players who help him achieve the best possible outcome.

Cheika says although Fiji, Wales and England may be threatening, the Wallabies still have an advantage.

Cheika is expected to name Henry Speight and Tevita Kuridrani while Taqele Naiyaravoro may be dropped.

Meanwhile, Flying Fijians Coach John McKee says there is tough competition within the team as the players are trying to secure their spot for the World Cup.

McKee will announce his squad at 7 tonight at the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Fiji will be the first team to be welcomed in England on the 10th of next month and the ceremony will take place at the Hampton Court Palace.

England will host the Flying Fijians in the opening Rugby World Cup match at 7am on the 19th of next month.
