Fiji failed to match the hosts from the opening whistle as Australia A winger Digby Ioane scored the first try in the first 90 seconds of the first half for them to lead 7-0.
Fiji's lone points in the first half came from the boot of fullback Dan Rawaqa with a penalty.
Australia scored a total of four tries in the second half to lead 31-3.
The hosts scored a converted try in the opening minutes of the second half to lead 38-3 before Fiji came back with a try to Graham Dewes for the score-line to be reduced 38-8.
Australia A increased their lead with their 6th try for a 43-8 score-line.
Former Wallabies number 8 Stephan Hoiles completed the game with another try to make the scores 50-8.
Kameli Ratuvou scored Fiji's second try in the last minute of the match for the final score of 50-13.
Fiji will take on Tonga next Saturday for their last PNC game.
