The Flying Fijians coaching staff are still awaiting the arrival of overseas-based players Akapusi Qera, Filimoni Delasau and Sireli Naqelevuki for this week's opening Pacific Nation Cup against Samoa.
Speaking to FijiVillage from the National 15's training camp at Lawaqa park, High Performance Unit manager Peter Murphy confirmed that Delasau and Qera will be with the team this week. He said in Naqelevuki’s case, they are still in negotiations with his Stormers side.
Meanwhile, for captain Mosese Rauluni who has been named to lead Fiji's campaign again said it would be a challenge to his rugby career. Rauluni believes he still has what it takes to be in the Fiji team.
Fiji will take on Samoa on Saturday at Churchill Park at 3pm with a commentary available through VitiFM live radio.
