The likes of Albert Vulivuli, Netani Talei, Akapusi Qera, Masi Matadigo, Timoci Nagusa, Kameli Ratuvou, Gabby Lovobalavu, Seremaia Bai, Jone Qovu and Deacon Manu will not take part in the trials.

Other overseas based players trying to secure a spot in the squad are Saimoni Vaka, Dominiko Waqaniburotu, Campese Ma’afu, Ilikena Bolakoro, Vereniki Goneva, Asaeli Boko and Vitori Buatava.

The 50 member Flying Fijian squad will be named after the trials before it will be reduced to 30.
