Flood waters enter houses in Baulevu landing
A caller from the area, Meena Kumar said flood waters started rising from this morning.
Meanwhile, many farmers in Baulevu have lost their crops due to heavy flooding.
A resident Brij said all the farms are under water and the damage can only be ascertained after flood waters recede.
The Baulevu area is still without tap water and power supply.
Meanwhile farmers living in Koronivia could do nothing but watch months of their hard work being washed away by flood waters last night.
Kamlesh Chand said it was devastating to watch most of their crops destroyed as this was their main source of income.
There are also reports of flooding in Lomanikoro, Nukutubu and Nabuli.
It is still not over for some due to continuous heavy rain in the highlands.
People in Waila Feeder Road in Nausori are calling for assistance as flood waters have started entering their houses.
A resident Nilesh Raj said a house was partially damaged after a tree fell on it last night however since this morning flood waters started rising making the situation worse.
