Ba Police have confirmed that flood waters in Ba town and many areas outside town has fully receded and roads are open to all traffic. Some areas like Votua in the interior of Ba are still flooded due to blocked drains.
Ba police have called on people not to go to town for shopping today as the town will be closed for cleanup and repairs.
There are some damages to shutters and show glasses are broken as a result of flooding.
There has been no rainfall for over 24 hours in Ba and motorists can cross Ba town to travel to Tavua and Lautoka.
