A resident, Dharmendra Kumar said people in Nabekabu and areas nearby are forced to walk more than 10 kilomteres to catch a bus adding something needs to be done before the new school term begins.
In Rakiraki, people residing along Raiwasa mid road are facing similar problems after the road also got washed away.
A resident, Ajay Nand said more than 50 families have been affected by the sudden closure of the road.
