Residents of Nadrau, Kumkum, Naruku and affected area in the Moto Bridge once again received relief from helping hands three days in a row.
Ba councilor Viam Pillay said that people have come as far as Suva and Nausori to hand out food and clothing.
Pillay said that some families are stranded on the other side of Moto as Moto Bridge was washed away by strong flood waters.
Meanwhile, Nadi resident Kim Beddoes said that people in low lying areas of Nadi have been badly affected by the flood and help has taken long to reach them.
Beddoes added that this has pushed some of her friends to take the first chance and kick start their aid works in communities.
Meanwhile, the Japanese Government has provided emergency relief Assistance items worth $199,000.
The aid which is to arrive in two separate flights consists of water tanks, water containers, blankets and sleeping pads.
