The Nadi Weather office has issued a flash flood warning for all lowlying areas as a trough of low pressure lies slow moving just to the north of Fiji.
The trough is expected to drift over the group from tomorrow.
Occasional rain, heavy at times and few squally thunderstorms over the western Viti Levu, Yasawa and Mamanuca group and Kadavu is expected.
Weather office said from tomorrow rain is expected to intensify in most places over the rest of the group.
Periods of rain, heavy at times is expected for Navua, Suva, Nausori, Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Labasa and Savusavu from tomorrow.
