A flash flood warning for low-lying areas around the country is still in place as a trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain remains slow moving over Fiji.
Occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over most places is expected for whole of the group today.
Flash flooding of low lying areas is possible.
