The flash flood warning is still in place for low lying areas around the country as heavy rainfall is expected.
This had been confirmed by Nadi Weather Office Duty Forecasters who said a trough of low pressure with associated cloud band and rain remains slow moving over the group.
People living in low-lying areas are urged to take precautions.
However, at present most of the roads in Naitasiri that had been closed yesterday due to heavy rainfall are now open to all traffic.
Police have confirmed that flood waters have receded and the Naqali Bridge and Sawani/Serea Road are now open to all traffic.
However, police advise motorists to take precautions when using these roads.
