Five new players have been included in the Vodafone Fiji 7s twenty member training squad to prepare for the upcoming Dubai 7's.
Coach, Ben Ryan has named Police and Bayley's Coral Coast Man-of-the-Tournament Ilisoni Tavaiqia, Police utility player Keponi Paul, Nadroga’s midfielder and Daveta’s rover, Eroni Vasiteri, Tovolea’s prop Josefa Naholo and Suva Stallions Prop Vatemo Taniharava.
Making his comeback into the national squad is speedster and Daveta player, Jona Tuitoga.
Ryan said Setefano Cakau, Sanivalati Ramuwai and Apisai Naqaliva have missed out from selection who were part of the team that won the Gold Coast 7s last month.
Ryan will be naming his final 12 players for the Dubai and South Africa 7s this Saturday.
The players will march into camp this Wednesday at the Uprising Beach Resort.
The Dubai 7s will be held from the 5th to the 7th of next month.
