Five expatriate Permanent Secretaries will take up office in a few months time.

The Chairman of the Public Service Commission Vishnu Mohan says the five expatriates have signed their contracts, making the number of new Permanent Secretaries appointed to 17 out of the 20 roles for which candidates were sought.
