Sally Fitzgibbons has successfully defended her Fiji Pro title beating South Africa’s Bianca Buitendag.
Fitzgibbons has been surfing with a strapped head since bursting her eardrum in the second round.
The injury didn’t stop Fitzgibbons as she beat American Lakey Peterson during the semifinal at Cloudbreak.
