The only Anglican Church school in Viti Levu and first timers Basden College will be using their diversity to showcase how children from broken families can come together and this is what they will be portraying at the FM 96 Tadra Kahani with TFL and Fijivillage.
Basden college is located in Newtown, Nasinu and has a school roll of ninety students from forms three to five.
Liason teacher, Pio Qerewaqa said the 80 students who will represent the school are well aware of their situation but they chose to show the community and other unfortunate students, that they can make it.
FM 96 Tadra Kahani with TFL and Fijivillage kicks off next Wednesday with 10 schools participating in the Junior Division Finals and 14 schools participating in the Senior Division Finals on Thursday night.
Tickets for Tadra Kahani are being sold at the home of Fijivillage 231 Waimanu road, Village Six Cinemas Suva and Sugar Cane Growers Council Building Lautoka.
