Two families are homeless today after two separate fires destroyed their homes this morning.
A five bedroom house in Vusiya Nausori was completely destroyed when the fire started at 2 this morning. The owner of the house was drinking grog at a neighbor’s house during the incident.
Meanwhile, a fire destroyed a two bed room house in Nadawa at around 11:30 last night. Police confirm that the house was completely destroyed and initial investigations suggest that the fire may have started from a lit candle.
